On Thursday 9th May, students in 2A, 2B and 1/2E were lucky enough to be able to participate in Nintendo Labo sessions.  They were all very engaged and excited by the activities.  Some of the students wrote about their favourite part.

I think the motorbike was the best because it is so fun and amazing to play with.  It is also fun because it is a bit easy to do and great.  I love it so much.  It is really good to play with and it is good to play with because when you are a grown up you get good at riding a big real motorbike.  I also love it because it is so cool and greater than all of the other Nintendo Switches.  When we played it, we got to twist our body while we played it.  It had the Nintendo Switch inside so we can see what we are playing.  I love to play with it so much!

I think that the fishing rod was absolutely the best because the fishing rod string looked like the string was in the game and you had to try to get a fish on the rod.  When you go to look inside there was two elastic bands and it also had something that rolls in it.  If a fish gets on your rod, you have to wind it up and it will tell you what type of fish it was.  There were stingrays too and there were big and small fish too.  You could pull the string and it bounces back if you let go because of the elastic bands.  I think that the fishing rod was the best because of all the excitement.

Robotics day was so FUN!  My favourite robotic was the house.  I think the house was the best because you can play games on it.  You discover so many things on there.  I like when you can change the light to day and night.  It has lots of mini games that make it lots of fun.  I love it so much because the Nintendo Switch was like a chimney.
