6A have fully immersed themselves in their learning this term and are engaged in some rather interesting topics. The best way to be in their last semester of primary school.
This term we've been learning about earthquakes in our Science unit. We read about the awful disaster that happened in Newcastle in 1989. Attached is a photo of a Seismometer, which is an instrument used by Seismologists to measure earthquake activity.
In English, we are about to begin our final unit for the year on Feature Articles, with a focus on Animal Welfare.
In the land of Mathematics, we've been learning about integers and the Cartesian plane.
It's certainly been a busy term and we look forward to making the most of each and every day at school. There's always so much to learn!
